The Problem:
The Hunting Apparel industry is oversaturated with brands that lean into some of the more unfortunate stigmas of an outdoorsman: Trashy, Unrefined, and well..."Redneck" and this company wants to change those stereotypes and show that the present day hunter doesn't just want their gear to be functional, but to look just as good out on the town as they do up on the mountainside.
The Challenge:
How do you create a clothing line for a modern style conscious hunter? How do you create a brand that stands out in the market, but doesn't feel out of place?
Our Strategy:
Pair classic hunting & wildlife iconography with modern graphics and textures, high end textile products, and an overall identity that remembers that you can be edgy and still keep things classy at the same time.
First Step: A Logo that is as sharp as an arrowhead.
Next Step: Create a Clothing Line and Marketing/Website content that blend the gritty textures, realistic deer/elk/other big game, and rugged colors with unique typography, clean shapes and patterns, and modern color theory to get the most out of the designs every month.
Step Three: Wrap Everything up in packaging that gets club subscribers excited every time they see The Rak Box waiting for them on their doorstep.
